When choosing a finishing material the practical question is not "which adhesive is best?" but "which adhesive is right for this case?". This is a walk through the range available on Umranex, ordered by use rather than by price.

1. Tile and block adhesives

  • Standard C1 Plus (C1T) — ceramic on interior walls and floors. The economical option that still meets the standard.
  • Flexible Premium C2 Plus (C2TE S1) — porcelain and large formats, and surfaces subject to thermal movement. The right choice for most of today's tile.
  • Pool & Spa S1 (C2TE S1) — permanently immersed areas: pools and tanks.
  • Thin-Set M10 (conforming to EN 998-2) — thin-bed AAC block laying instead of traditional mortar.

2. Preparation and waterproofing

  • Penetrating acrylic primer — consolidates absorbent substrates before rendering or painting.
  • Betokontakt — quartz-filled contact primer for smooth surfaces mortar will not grip.
  • Flexible waterproofing compound — bathrooms, balconies and roofs under tile.

3. Floors and repair

  • Self-levelling CT-C20-F6 (conforming to EN 13813) — flattening floors before the final covering.
  • Structural repair mortar R3 (conforming to EN 1504-3) — restoring damaged concrete and covering exposed rebar.

4. Thermal insulation and paints

  • Thermo Fix — insulation board adhesive (EPS/XPS).
  • Thermo Coat — reinforcing base coat over the boards with mesh.
  • Acryl 4 (matte) and Acryl 7 (washable satin) for interiors, and EuroShield for façades.

A gypsum line is being added: interior gypsum plaster and a finishing putty — both listed in the catalogue marked "coming soon".

Warranty: what we do and do not guarantee

We prefer to be explicit, because most disputes in this trade grow out of an unwritten expectation:

  • We guarantee the material matches its stated specification on delivery. A product that arrives not as described, damaged or expired is replaced.
  • We guarantee quantity and packaging — checked on receipt. Intact, unopened bags can be returned within the period stated in our returns policy.
  • We do not guarantee the result of the application. The right adhesive still fails on an unprepared substrate, over-watered mix, or use outside its scope. That is not an evasion — it is why datasheets exist.
  • Mixed material cannot be returned, for obvious reasons.

This is why we publish each product's technical data on its page, and encourage you to read consumption and layer thickness before ordering — it prevents both over- and under-buying.

Distribution

We work with a limited number of distributors per governorate rather than open distribution. The reason is practical: a distributor with a real share invests in proper storage and technical support, while scattered distribution ends in price competition that eats service quality.

If you are a building-materials merchant or contractor and want to distribute, contact us through the contact page or at [email protected], stating your governorate and approximate monthly volume. Commercial terms are discussed directly and are not published here, as they vary by region and volume.

Before you order

Review the full catalogue, or start from your governorate to see the expected delivery window. Every product has a page carrying its specification, estimated consumption and volume pricing.
